• We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on most products, giving you peace of mind when shopping with us.
• Items must be returned:
• In their original packaging.
• In an unused and resaleable condition.
Refund Process
• Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Costs
• For non-faulty returns, a return fee will apply to cover courier and administrative costs:
• Small items: £10–£30.
• Large items: £30–£75.
• For faulty or damaged items, we will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions
• The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
• Custom-made or clearance items.
• Bedding, mattresses, and other close-contact items if used or opened (for hygiene reasons).
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our team at sales@lalafurniture.co.uk with your order details to initiate a return.
2. Provide Evidence (if applicable): For faulty or damaged items, we may ask for photos or videos for preliminary assessment.
3. Return the Item: Once approved, you will receive instructions to return the item, or we will arrange a collection.
Damaged or Faulty Items
• Any damage or fault must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
• We will provide a free replacement or repair for damaged or faulty items. If repair or replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Important Notes
• If an item is returned without prior authorization, we reserve the right to reject the return.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• For large items, ensure safe and accessible conditions for courier collections to avoid delays.
